- Primer and Adhesive Application: While the main roll-up glass bolts into the regulator, if we are dealing with a bonded stationary glass section on your door, I prep the bare metal frame, apply a specialized primer, and lay down a bead of high-quality adhesive to guarantee a completely watertight seal.
- Installation and Testing: I slide the new OEM-equivalent glass into the tracks, bolt it securely to the regulator, and test the power window motor multiple times to make sure it rolls up and down smoothly before reassembling the door panel.
