- Primer and Adhesive: Any tiny nicks on the bare metal get a coat of high-grade black primer to stop rust dead in its tracks. After that flashes off, we run a thick, consistent bead of premium, fast-cure urethane adhesive.
- Installation: We set the new quarter glass perfectly flush with the body lines, applying even pressure to lock the seal. We apply retention tape to hold the exact alignment while the urethane cures.
