Setting the New Glass
Once the shell is clean, we slide the new Mack Pinnacle CHU door glass into the tracks, bolt it securely to the regulator, and test the up-and-down movement. It needs to seal tight against the heavy rubber weatherstripping. A whistling window on a cross-country haul will drive any driver crazy, so I make sure the alignment is dead-on before putting the interior door panel back together.
